Cancellation Policy
At F/2.0, every session and event requires preparation, scheduling, and reserved time. When a booking is confirmed, that time is exclusively reserved for you. Deposits All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time. The deposit guarantees your spot in our schedule and compensates for time reserved, planning, and lost availability for other clients. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. ⸻ Cancellations Because time is reserved specifically for your session, the following cancellation policies apply: Weddings, Quinceañeras, and Large Events • Must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to the event date. Portrait Sessions (Families, Graduations, Couples, Birthdays, Maternity, etc.) • Must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to the session date.
